- USE, DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION. II.11.1. The Contractor shall authorise the Agency to process, use, distribute and publish, for whatever purpose, by whatever means and on whatever medium, any data contained in or relating to the Contract, in particular the identity of the Contractor, the subject matter, the duration, the amount paid and the reports. Where personal data is concerned, Article I.8 shall apply.
II.11.2. Unless otherwise provided by the Special Conditions, the Agency shall not be required to distribute or publish documents or information supplied in performance of the Contract. If it decides not to publish the documents or information supplied, the Contractor may not have them distributed or published elsewhere without prior written authorisation from the Agency.

Any distribution or publication of information relating to the Contract by the Contractor shall require prior written authorisation from the Agency and shall mention the amount paid by the Agency. It shall state that the opinions expressed are those of the Contractor only and do not represent the Agency's official position.
II.11.4. The use of information obtained by the Contractor in the course of the Contract for purposes other than its performance shall be forbidden, unless the Agency has specifically given prior written authorisation to the contrary.

2. Any distribution or publication by the Contractor of information relating to the contract shall require the European Parliament’s prior authorisation in writing. For the purposes of that authorisation the European Parliament may require the Contractor to make reference to the amount paid by the European Union, or may make the authorisation subject to other conditions. The information published or distributed shall at all events state that the opinions expressed are those of the Contractor only and do not represent the European Parliament’s official position.
3. The use of information obtained by the Contractor in connection with the contract for purposes other than its performance shall be prohibited unless the European Parliament has expressly granted prior authorisation in writing.

The Contractor acknowledges that Europol has legal obligations to disclose and publish details related to the implementation of the Framework Contract, as a consequence of its obligation to ensure transparency of expenditure of the European Union budget. The Contractor hereby authorises Europol to process, use, distribute and publish data contained in or relating to the Framework Contract and implementing Specific Contract(s) and/or Purchase Order(s), in particular the identity of the Contractor, the subject matter, the duration, the amount paid and the reports. Where Personal data is concerned, Article II-17 (“Data protection”) shall apply.
2. Any distribution and/or publication of information relating to the Framework Contract and/or any Specific Contract(s) or Purchase Order (s) by the Contractor shall require prior written permission from Europol. Europol is entitled to stipulate conditions when granting permission. It shall state that the opinions expressed are those of the Contractor only and do not represent Europol’s official position.

II.19.2. Unless otherwise provided by the Special Conditions, Fusion for Energy shall not be required to distribute or publish documents or information supplied in performance of the Contract. If it decides not to publish the documents or information supplied, Fusion for Energy may not have them distributed or published elsewhere without prior written authorisation from Fusion for Energy.
II.19.3. Any distribution or publication of information relating to the Contract by the Contractor shall require prior written authorisation from Fusion for Energy and shall mention the amount paid by Fusion for Energy. It shall state that the opinions expressed are those of the Contractor only and do not represent Fusion for Energy’s official position.
II.19.4. The use of information obtained by the Contractor in the course of the Contract for purposes other than its performance shall be forbidden, unless Fusion for Energy has specifically given prior written authorisation to the contrary.
