Printing If this Agreement involves the duplication of more than 5,000 copies of a single page or more than 25,000 copies of multiple pages, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 970.5208-1 Printing (Dec 2000).
Printing Agreement The expense of copies of this Agreement shall be shared equally by the Association and Board after agreement with the Board on format within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed. The Agreement shall be presented to all employees now employed or hereafter employed.

Fingerprinting Requirements Contractor hereby acknowledges that, if applicable, it is required to comply with the requirements of Education Code Section 45125.1 with respect to fingerprinting of employees who may have contact with the District's students. The Contractor shall also ensure that its Contractors on the Project also comply with the requirements of Section 45125.1. If required by Education Code Section 45125.1, the Contractor must provide for the completion of a Fingerprint Certification form, in the District’s required format, prior to any of the Contractor's employees, or those of any other Contractors, coming into contact with the District's students. Contractor further acknowledges that other fingerprinting requirements may apply, as set forth in Education Code Section 45125 et seq., and will comply with any such requirements.
Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her obligations under it. For the term of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties. Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.
