Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
Printing Agreement 4.06.1 The Employer shall prepare the final form of this agreement for approval of the parties prior to printing. The Employer shall assume responsibility for printing, and distributing to all bargaining unit members and the Union, sufficient copies of the agreed upon final form of this agreement. The parties agree to share equally the costs of printing the agreement. The Employer is also responsible for ensuring that members with visual impairments have access to the collective agreement in an appropriate and accessible format.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her obligations under it. For the term of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties. In this Agreement including the printed form thereof, titles shall be descriptive only and shall form no part of the interpretation of the Agreement by the parties or an Arbitration Board.
Accounting of Disclosures Business Associate shall document disclosures of PHI and all information related to such disclosures as would be required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an Individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 CFR § 164.528. Business Associate shall provide such information to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual, to permit Covered Entity to respond to an accounting request. Business Associate shall provide such information in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any accounting request that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
CALENDAR FOR SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING In the event Union or Management desires a successor MOU, said party shall serve upon the other between April 1, 2018 and April 30, 2018, its written proposals for such successor MOU. Meet and confer sessions shall begin no later than thirty (30) calendar days following submittal of the proposals.
