Common use of Prior Approval of Plan Clause in Contracts

Prior Approval of Plan. Prior to beginning an activity that could accumulate clock hours, the unit member will submit the proposed activity to his/her Program Advisor. The Program Advisor will indicate in writing within ten (10) duty days his/her approval or disapproval of the proposed plan for accumulation of clock hours. If the unit member desires to amend an already approved activity for accumulation of clock hours, the same process will be followed as for prior approval.
