Common use of Prior Review Clause in Contracts

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experiencereport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) With respect to each contract for employment of consulting firms or individual consultants, irrespective of the value of the contract, the terms of reference shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. (d) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms and individual consultants not referred to in paragraphs (b) and (c) above, terms of reference shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for technical assistance, engineering design and training estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 I to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 US$100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$50,000 or more, the qualificationsreport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, experience, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost less than US$50,000, the terms of reference of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 25,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experiencereport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) Training programs prepared under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval.

Prior Review. (a) With respect The procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, 100,000 the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than terms of reference of the second subparagraph consulting services and terms of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 employment of Appendix 1 the consulting firms shall be furnished to the Consultant Guidelines Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall applybe awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualificationsreport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of the candidates, experience, and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experiencereport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) Terms of reference for all consulting assignments shall be subject to the Association’s prior review.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, more the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (cb) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. (c) Notwithstanding the above provisions of this paragraph, terms of reference for important assignments that might be from time to time selected by the Bank shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the first contract to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 2 of Part C above, and the first five contracts to be procured in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 3 of Part C above the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants to be selected on a sole source basis, or estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, and the first five contracts estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, experience terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms (i) estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, and (ii) for the provision of training regardless of cost, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, 200,000 the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 30,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 10,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. (d) The Terms of Reference for all consultant contracts estimated to cost the equivalent of $20,000 or more per contract in the case of firms and $5,000 or more per contract in the case of individuals shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after such prior approval has been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for Parts A through E of the Project estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 (5) of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for Parts A through E of the Project estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to by the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. Prior Review. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 and (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or moremore and for all sole source contracts, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms for estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 25,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Administrator for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, experience and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms or individual consultants to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more financed under a Sub-Project, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Trustee for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to to: (i) the first two contracts for consultant services; and (ii) each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. Prior Review. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 35,000 or more, the qualifications, experiencereport on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) above terms of reference for consultants’ services shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 50,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000100,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 30,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 25,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. (d) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-paragraph (b) above, the terms of reference for the employment of consultants shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval irrespective of the value of the contract.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, experience and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. (a) With respect to each contract for for: (i) the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, (ii) each contract for services using single source and (iii) each contract for training, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.; (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000services using single source procedures, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.; and (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part D.2 (a) and (b) of this Section, prior review and approval by the Bank of terms of reference shall be required to award any contract for consultant services.

(b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 US$200,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$50,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 50,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) ), and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 25,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,00050,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) ), and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 25,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after said approval shall have been given.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 100,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 12, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more, the report on the comparison of the qualifications and experience of candidates, the qualifications, experience, experience and the terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

Prior Review. (a) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the third subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. (b) With respect to each contract for the employment of consulting firms consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more, but less than the equivalent of $200,000, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 1, 2 (other than the second subparagraph of paragraph 2(a2 (a)) and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

(c) With respect to each contract for the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 10,000 or more, the qualifications, experience, terms of reference and terms of employment of the consultants shall be furnished to the Bank Association for its prior review and approval. The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given.

The contract shall be awarded only after the said approval shall have been given. The provisions of paragraph 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall also apply to such contracts. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) above, terms of reference for consultants’ services shall be furnished to the Association for its prior review and approval.
