Priority Claims. All priority claims, if any, required to be satisfied in accordance with applicable law shall be paid in the ordinary course.
Priority Claims. No other Person shall have or be entitled to assert rights or benefits hereunder.
Priority Claims. Each Allowed Priority Claim against any of the Debtors shall be unimpaired under the Plan and, pursuant to section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code, all legal, equitable and contractual rights as to an Allowed Priority Claim shall be fully reinstated and retained, and such Allowed Priority Claim shall, at the sole option of the applicable Debtor, receive the following treatment: (i) be paid on the Plan Distribution Date in full in Cash with Post-Petition Interest from the Petition Date through the Effective Date; (ii) be paid in accordance with the terms under which such Allowed Priority Claim arose, or (iii) receive such other treatment as may be agreed upon in writing by the holder of such Claim; provided that such agreed upon treatment may not provide the holder of such Claim with a return having a present value as of the Effective Date that is greater than the amount of such Allowed Priority Claim.
Priority Claims. 29.01 Employees may claim new shifts, new starting time, new slide days and have choice of vacation schedule in accordance with their priority standing.

Except to the extent that a particular claimant agrees to a less favorable treatment approved by the Sponsor, allowed claims that are entitled to priority under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code will be paid in full in cash or treated as otherwise provided for under the Bankruptcy Code.

Priority Claims. The outstanding amount of all Obligations, including without limitation the principal of and all interest on Loans and all Additional Secured Obligations, constitute and at all times will constitute “First Priority Claims” under the Senior Notes Indenture and “First Lien Obligations” under the Intercreditor Agreement. Priority Claims. With respect to Administrative Claims for compensation and reimbursement of expenses of professionals or other persons pursuant to sections 328, 330, 331 and 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, the amount of Cash to be deposited shall be the amount sought or the maximum amount estimated to be sought for such compensation and expenses. The Distribution Fund shall not include interest earned on the Distribution Fund after the Effective Date.
Priority Claims. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, none of the Indemnitors shall incur, create, assume, suffer or permit to exist, or apply to the Bankruptcy Court for authority to incur, create, assume, suffer or permit to exist, any claim against the Indemnitors or the Collateral to be pari passu with or senior to the super-priority administrative claims of Travelers against the Indemnitors.
