Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:
Pricing Services Chase may use any pricing service referred to in an applicable MSLA and any other recognized pricing service (including itself and any of its affiliates) in order to perform its valuation responsibilities with respect to Securities, Collateral and Authorized Investments, and Lender shall hold Chase harmless from and against any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of errors or omissions of any such pricing service.
Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

Continuity of Supply A Service Order will continue until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. A change to a Service Order will not initiate a new Service Order, or cause the existing Service Order to terminate, unless expressly agreed in writing. In particular, a change to a Service Order that is implemented by the LFC electronically and does not require a physical visit to a site or Interconnection Point will not cause the Service Order to terminate.
