PRIORITY OF LISTS Sample Clauses

The "Priority of Lists" clause establishes the order of precedence among various lists, schedules, or attachments referenced in a contract. In practice, this means that if there is any inconsistency or conflict between the main contract and its associated lists or between multiple lists, the clause specifies which document will take priority. For example, if a product specification in a schedule differs from the main agreement, the clause will determine which version prevails. This ensures clarity and prevents disputes by providing a clear hierarchy for resolving contradictions within contract documents.
