Meeting Space. Union representatives may request the use of state property to hold union meetings. Upon prior notification, the Employer will provide meeting spaces where feasible. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. The Employer shall make space available for Union representatives to have confidential discussions with employees on an as needed basis subject to availability.
Meeting Space. Where allowable and prior arrangements have been made, the City may make available to the Unions, meeting space, rooms, etc., for the purpose of conducting Union business, where such activities would not interfere with the normal work of the department.
Meeting Space. The City shall reasonably make available conference rooms and other meeting areas for the purpose of holding Union meetings during off-duty time periods. The Union shall provide timely advance notice of such meetings. The Union agrees to pay any additional costs of security, supervision, damage and clean-up, and shall comply with City regulations for assignment and use of such facilities.
Meeting Space. Meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the Employer may be used for Union meetings provided the request is approved by the Employer.
Meeting Space. Upon request of the Union, the County may provide meeting space outside working hours, provided such space is available and the Union complies with all departmental rules and policies of the Board of Supervisors. Request for use of facilities shall be made in advance to the appointing authority or designee and will indicate the date and time of the meeting and facilities needed. The appointing authority shall notify the Union at the time of the request of any charges that are appropriate to offset the costs of such use.
Meeting Space. The County, at the Union’s request, shall reasonably make available conference rooms and other meeting areas for the purpose of holding Union meetings during off-duty time periods. The Union shall provide timely advance notice (72 hours) of such meetings. The Union also agrees to pay any documented additional costs of security, supervision, damage and cleanup, and shall comply with County regulations for assignment and use of such facilities.
Meeting Space. The appropriate Event space shall be assigned to the Department in order to suit the specific Event requirements. Due to the possibility of changes to the number of Event attendees, the Hotel has the right to reasonably reassign the meeting space to a similar space in such an event in order to meet the Event requirements. However, the Hotel shall immediately notify the Department in writing of its intention to reassign in order for such assignment to be valid.
Meeting Space. Upon reasonable advance written notice, which shall describe the particular needs of the Local Union President or designee, the Human Resources Officer or designee will arrange for meeting space with employees, normally at or near the vicinity of the employee’s workspace, for use outside of the normal work hours of the employees involved, provided that controlled space is available. If the Activity determines multiple spaces are available at or near the vicinity of the employee’s workspace, the Local Union shall be afforded the opportunity to choose amongst those spaces. The Local Union is responsible for leaving such space(s) in a clean and secure condition, and for abiding by all local rules regarding the use of such space and facilities.
Meeting Space. Appropriate available meeting space in buildings owned or leased by the Employer may be used for Association meetings provided that a request is approved in advance by the Superintendent, facility manager, or designee. Requests will not be unreasonably denied.
Meeting Space. The Employer agrees to provide, at no cost to the Union, available meeting space to conduct Union related meetings provided that the Union submits a written request for the use of facilities at least five working days in advance of the date of the meeting and complies with University reservation procedures. The University will respond to a written request within two business days. When a request for use of meeting space is denied, the Employer will also follow-up with a written notification. The Employer shall not discriminate against the Union or its members when assessing the feasibility of providing meeting space for Union business, nor shall the Employer unreasonably deny a request.
