Common use of Privacy and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Privacy and Confidentiality. Every person on the Credit Union’s premises has the expectation and right that their private and confidential information will be protected and remains private and confidential. Thus, the Credit Union prohibits any photography, filming or recording of any type using any device that has or may have the potential to record by any means on any Credit Union premises, including at or near any ATM or other devise which may display or allow determination of confidential information without the Credit Union’s prior express permission. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for enforcement of all options under paragraph 21 of this Agreement.
