Common use of Privacy of Information Clause in Contracts

Privacy of Information. 40.9.1 The following shall not be released by the District except as required by law or as necessary to comply with the provisions of this Agreement: the residential addresses, residential telephone numbers, personal wireless telephone numbers, personal electronic email addresses, Social Security numbers, and emergency contact information of employees covered by this Agreement. 40.9.2 The District will notify the Association of third-party requests for lists of employees covered by this Agreement.
