Common use of Privately-Owned Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Privately-Owned Aircraft. It is recognized that from time-to-time it is mutually beneficial to have bargaining unit members use their private aircraft in the course of State business. The mileage reimbursement rate shall be forty-five cents ($0.45) per mile or such higher amount authorized in accordance with Section 60.090 of the Alaska Administrative Manual when a privately-owned aircraft is used for a trip specifically authorized in advance by the Employer.
