Common use of Privileges of a Visiting Appointment Clause in Contracts

Privileges of a Visiting Appointment. A faculty member with a visiting appointment will be entitled to all privileges available to a faculty member on a regular appointment with the exception of those provisions regarding tenure in Article 15, Probationary Period and Tenure or any other provision in the Agreement that specifically addresses visiting appointments.
