PRO FORMA NOTICES. Where this Agreement permits, or requires, either Party to give a notice to the other Party and the form of such notice is not set out in Annex 8 (Pro forma notices), such notice shall be in substantially the form set out in the relevant annex to this Agreement. The foregoing: (i) shall be without prejudice to the requirement for the relevant notice to include such content as may be prescribed by the relevant Clause; and (ii) shall apply only if the form of the notice in respect of the relevant Clause is contained in an annex to this Agreement.
