Relevant Annex definition

Relevant Annex means the Annex or Annexes attached hereto identified as such in the Quotation;

Examples of Relevant Annex in a sentence

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the Relevant Annex and the corresponding Index published by the Index Sponsor, the Relevant Annex shall govern.

  • The Works shall comprise the matters specified in any other Relevant Annex as amended by this Annex 5.

  • ISDA means the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any successor thereto.
