Probationary Employee Evaluation Procedures. Employees shall be considered probationary Employees for their first two (2) academic years of employment and subject to the following evaluation procedures as a condition of continued employment and non-probationary status. All probationary Employees will be assigned a Faculty Mentor for their first semester per Article 9.13.
