Probationary Employee Limitations. An employee only has bumping rights to classes in which s/he has passed probation in the Department. An employee who has not passed probation in the abolished or reduced time position shall not have rights to bump. The employee may have rights to return to a previously held position as detailed in Article 7, Probationary Period, Section 6.
