Common use of Probationary Employee Restriction Clause in Contracts

Probationary Employee Restriction. A probationary employee who has completed six (6) months or more of service may donate to the Catastrophic Illness or Injury Leave Bank but is not vested in the Catastrophic Illness or Injury Leave Program until he or she satisfactorily completes his or her probationary period. In the event the probationary employee does not complete his or her probationary period, his or her vacation donation will be restored to the employee.
