PROBATIONARY PERIOD, SENIORITY AND STAFF REDUCTION. 11.01 Probationary Period: Each new employee shall be on probation until he/she has completed three (3) months of continuous service with the Employer or, in the case of part-time employees, six (6) months of continuous service or five hundred and twenty (520) hours, whichever comes first. Continuous service shall begin on the first work day of the probationary period.
