Problem Notification. The Contractor shall submit a problem notification report, in accordance with CDRL A004, that includes the following data for Government review and feedback: • Potential costs/schedule overruns/impacts; • Delay to delivery; • Assumptions upon which tasks were based that have changed or were incorrect; • Nature and source of the problem; • If Government action is required; and • When the action will be completed.
