Problem Resolution and Appeal Process. Pursuant to sections 1850.305 et seq. of Title 9, CONTRACTOR will follow the Problem Resolution and Appeal process established by BHSD to resolve Mental Health Plan (MHP) payment authorization issues, complaints, and/or concerns (see BHSD Policies and Procedures Number 651).
