Problem Solving Team. 1. The parties hereby agree that the respective bargaining teams for the Employer and the AAEA/P shall meet no less than four times during the school year to attempt to resolve problems. The topics for the meetings shall be established by the group leaders at an agenda planning session for the first meeting, and at the regular meetings for the following meetings thereafter. 2. The agenda will be distributed at least one week before the meetings. Topics may be added to or deleted from the agenda with the consent of the participants.
