Procedure For Accommodation. A unit member with a disability who is seeking reasonable accommodations under the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act must submit a Request for Accommodations form (See Appendix: Accommodations: Request Form) to Human Resources at least one (1) month prior to the beginning of the semester or as soon as the need for the accommodation is known by the unit member. On this form, he/she shall specify the functional limitation(s) as a result of the disability and the desired accommodation to do the job because of these limitations.

  • Administrative Procedure iTrip staff will administer and determine whether a damage qualifies as Covered Damage. Such staff will have the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs and eligibility for the waiver of liability described herein. The Covered Guest must report any theft or damage to the unit or its contents to iTrip staff by the time of check-out or any otherwise applicable damage waiver for such Covered Guest will be void. The iTrip Franchisee has ultimate claim administration authority. Arbitration is required prior to litigation.
