Procedure for Casual Call. in 1) The manner in which casual employees shall be called to work shall be as follows: i) The Employer shall offer casual work as defined in Article 11.04 (A) to casual employees in order of seniority providing the casual employee: (a) is registered for work in the unit where the work exists; and (b) has the qualifications and capabilities to perform the work being relieved; and (c) has been orientated to the unit. Where the casual employee does not meet the above criteria, the Employer will pass on to the next casual employee.
