Procedure for Conducting Negotiations. A. Parties Negotiations shall be conducted between authorized representatives of the Board and Association in private session. Said representatives will be known as the negotiation teams. Each party shall be responsible for the selection of its team and shall give its team necessary authority to negotiate in good faith as previously defined. Either team may call upon the use of lay or professional consultants to assist in negotiations. Any expense incurred through the use of consultants shall be borne by the requesting party.
