Procedure for Modification. This Agreement can only be modified in writing signed by all of the Parties or their duly authorized agents. Such modification may be effected only after giving a notice of a minimum of 30 (thirty) days to all the parties concerned. Failure to give such a notice would nullify the modification so made, unless specifically ratified by all the parties concerned.
