The Supplier shall ensure that it puts in place and maintains throughout the Term robust systems and procedures for the management of Sub‑Contractors utilised by the Supplier in relation to the Framework Agreement, to ensure that the work carried out by such Sub‑Contractor is delivered in the manner and to the standard required by this Framework Agreement and any Call‑Off Agreement entered into pursuant to it. Such management systems shall include effective monitoring of service delivery and price management approaches.
