Procedures Applicable to Commercialization of an Invention. 16.4.1 No Inventor is obliged to engage in commercialization of an Invention. The Inventor is free to publish or use other means to place the Invention in the public domain as an alternative or in addition to using the provisions contained in Article 16.5, subject to any conveyance or arrangement agreed to by the Inventor.
