PROCEDURES FOR ABSENCE DUE TO DISABILITY. Absent For One or Two Days To notify the Company at least one (1) hour prior to the start of your shift in accordance with the posted procedure. For an absence due to a work-related disability, an employee will be required to provide a completed Treatment Memorandum to the Health Centre upon return to work (form available from the Health Centre). For an absence due to a non-occupationalillness or injury, a doctor's note certifying fitness to return to work is not required except to excuse the absence under the Attendance Program.
