PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING GRIEVANCES. A Xxxxxxx may investigate and discuss grievances during working hours in his/her respective area without loss of pay, with permission of his/her immediate supervisor and the grievant's immediate supervisor, and such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
