Procedures of Committees. (a) The Committee shall meet on a regular basis as determined by the Employer and the Local President or worksite representative and any other time at the call of either party. (b) This Committee shall be advisory in nature and shall not substitute for staff or management meetings or the normal lines of communication in effect. (c) Minutes shall be kept of all meetings and copies shall be provided to the applicable Local President by the Union Representative on the Committee.
