Proceedings and Other Documents. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have been taken and Purchaser shall have received such other documents, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser, as to such other matters incident to the transaction contemplated hereby as Purchaser may reasonably request.
