Common use of Proceeds and Documents of Title Clause in Contracts

Proceeds and Documents of Title. Any net cash proceeds received by us pursuant to a sale, realization, redemption, liquidation or other disposal under this Clause 29 shall either be (a) if your Account has not been closed, credited to any of your Account; or (b) returned to you, after first deducting or providing for all monies and sums due or owing and other liabilities accrued or accruing due to us and outstanding (whether actual or contingent, present or future or otherwise). All Investments are not realized or disposed of together with any relevant document of title in our possession shall be delivered to you at your sole risk and expense.
