Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Common Reporting Standards. You agree to comply with the provisions set out in Schedule F in Part III of this Agreement regarding the requirements of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Common Reporting Standards and understand the consequences resulting from breach of such provisions. 20 FORCE MAJEURE We shall not in any circumstance be liable to you for loss of any kind whatsoever whether directly or indirectly suffered or incurred by you by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations hereunder which is caused by or the result of any event which is not within our reasonable control, and any such event shall include (a) the existence or imposition of any form of foreign exchange control, legal, governmental or regulatory restriction or requirement whatsoever; (b) the closure of or ruling by any Exchange (or any division thereof); (c) the suspension of trading of any Investment or underlying; (d) the failure of any Exchange, Clearing House, agent or other person to perform its obligations; (e) the occurrence of an Insolvency Event in relation to our delegate or agent; (f) the occurrence of fire, flood or any disaster; (g) the occurrence of any industrial dispute affecting a third party for which a substitute third party is not reasonably available; and (h) the occurrence of any breakdown, failure or malfunction of any third party telecommunications, computer services or systems. 21 INFORMATION GIVEN TO CLIENT

  • Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act A. To the extent the Reinsurer is subject to the deduction and withholding of premium payable hereon as set forth in the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (Sections 1471-1474 of the Internal Revenue Code), the Reinsurer shall pay or allow such deduction and withholding from the premium payable under this Contract.

  • Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Requirements No bid will be considered unless the Contractor certifies its compliance with the Immigration reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security Immigration Compliance Act OCGA 13-10-91 et seq. The Contractor shall execute the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, as found in Section 7 of the Construction Contract. Contractor also agrees that it will execute any affidavits required by the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts. If the Contractor is the successful bidder, contractor warrants that it will include a similar provision in all written agreements with any subcontractors engaged to perform services under the Contract.

  • Data Protection Act Compliance E2.1 The Contractor shall (and shall ensure that all of its Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the DPA and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the Contract.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish a report of all services provided under the Contract during each quarterly period, no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each quarter. Purchases by Non-State agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. A template for such report is included herein as Attachment 5 – Report of Contract Usage. The report must be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2003 (or as otherwise directed by OGS), via electronic mail to the attention of the individual identified on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, the Award Number, Contract Number, sales period, and Contractor’s (or other authorized agent) name, and all other fields required, using the report template provided. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template. Additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied within 30 days upon request.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.

  • Reporting of Reportable Events If Xxxxx determines (after a reasonable opportunity to conduct an appropriate review or investigation of the allegations) through any means that there is a Reportable Event, Xxxxx shall notify OIG, in writing, within 30 days after making the determination that the Reportable Event exists.
