Process for Addressing Documents of Criticism in a Building. Personnel file/record The teacher shall have the right to attach a written response to any document(s) or material(s) filed in her/his building personnel file/record. The building supervisor/administrator shall follow guidelines similar to those described in the immediately preceding sections except that the building supervisor/administrator shall assume all responsibilities identified for the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.
