Process for Exceptions. Applied will work with MKS to determine the impact of an exception and approve and execute or disapprove the action plans in accordance with Section 24, Changes, of Applied's Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase. MKS will notify the MKS Account Team Lead as soon as exceptions are identified.
