Process for Review of Request. 19.6.4.1 The Association and Office will meet to review and negotiate the reclassification request(s) prior to April 15. Any salary adjustment must be mutually agreed upon between the Association and the Office. 19.6.4.2 The Office and Association will notify the Association member(s), in writing, of the recommendation to approve, modify, or deny the request, and reason(s) why within five (5) working days. 19.6.4.3 The decision of the Office and Association will be final. 19.6.4.4 A denial of the request for salary adjustment shall not prohibit the Association member’s eligibility to apply for salary adjustment in the following year.
