Emergency Transfers. In case of emergency an employee may be assigned to duties outside his/her job classification for a period of up to three (3) weeks. The Xxxx will report such assignment to the Union. The question of what constitutes an emergency and whether an assignment is outside the ordinary and proper scope of the employee’s duties may be grieved.
Emergency Transfers. A mandatory transfer upon determination by the property manager, the CHA, or in a legal proceeding that unit or building conditions pose an immediate threat to resident life, health, or safety.
a. Prior notice is not required for an emergency transfer.
b. Emergency conditions that occur due to resident abuse or neglect will be grounds for emergency transfers; however, the responsible resident will be charged for the damages caused to the unit and may have his/her lease terminated.
c. Refusal to accept an emergency transfer is grounds for lease termination and eviction.
Emergency Transfers. The Office may ask an employee to go to a different work location without notice in order to meet child/teacher ratios. This will not be a permanent assignment. Emergency transfers will be determined on a daily basis. The emergency transfer will be limited to a work location no further than thirty (30 miles) in one direction from the employee’s regular work location or home. Emergency transfers will be rotated amongst all staff. Employees will be allowed sufficient travel time and travel reimbursement.
Emergency Transfers. Emergency Transfers are transfers that involve emergency circumstances not generally found at the Facility, including, but not limited to, TCU transfers, CSU transfers, transfers due to institutional disturbances, Inspector General's Office transfers, and other emergency events. Emergency transfers will follow the applicable FDC Procedure; Medical Transfers following FDC Procedure 401.016; Mental Health Transfers following FDC Procedure 404.003. Transfers for Classification reasons or at the request of the Inspector General's Office will follow FDC Procedure 601.219.
Emergency Transfers. Where a full-time faculty vacancy occurs during a semester, the District may temporarily place any employee in such vacancy for the remainder of the semester.
Emergency Transfers. The Subrecipient must use and implement the emergency transfer plan set forth in Form HUD-5381 for TANF-RRH. The Subrecipient may provide Form HUD-5383 to a tenant that is requesting an emergency transfer and ask the Tenant to complete this form. With respect to tenants who qualify for an emergency transfer and who wish to make an external emergency transfer when a safe unit is not immediately available, the Subrecipient must assist the Tenant in identifying other housing providers who may have safe and available units to which the Tenant could move. At the Tenant’s request, Subrecipient will also assist Tenants in contacting the local organizations offering assistance to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. The Subrecipient must provide the Tenant with a list of local organizations offering assistance to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
Emergency Transfers. The parties agree that involuntary transfers of employees are to be minimized and avoided whenever possible. Advance notice should be given prior to the start of the workday whenever possible.
Emergency Transfers. The Sub-recipient must use and implement the emergency transfer plan set forth in Form HUD-5381 as modified for the CoC-RR Program and must make the determination of whether the Tenant qualifies for an emergency transfer under the plan. The Sub-recipient must provide Form HUD -5383 to the Tenant if it requests an emergency transfer. If the Tenant qualifies for an emergency transfer and wishes to make an external emergency transfer when a safe unit is not immediately available, the individual or family shall have priority over all other applicants for rental assistance, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing projects funded with CoC–RR funding, provided that: The individual or family meets all eligibility criteria required by Federal law or regulation or HUD NOFA; and the individual or family meets any additional criteria or preferences established in accordance with 24 CFR 578.93(b)(1), (4), (6), or (7). The individual or family shall not be required to meet any other eligibility criteria or preferences for the project. The individual or family shall retain their original homeless or chronically homeless status for the purposes of the transfer.
Emergency Transfers. 1. Emergency transfer rights shall be provided to staff members whose positions are eliminated or substantially altered by building closure or grade relocation. Emergency transfers will be processed according to the provisions of Section 402 A of this Agreement only, and shall become effective at the beginning of the next school year.
