Process Integrity. The parties will develop processes and promulgate policies to implement this Agreement and to take corrective action for failures to adhere to them. The Dealings (including compliance with the Overriding Principles) will be subject to regular compliance verification by the parties and their outside auditors (“Compliance Audits”).
