Process Times. Each classified position has a job description, and each employee is given a copy upon beginning employment. Annually, employees shall be provided a copy of their job description and the evaluation instrument. Employees shall be evaluated annually during the first two (2) years of employment. During the third year of employment and each year thereafter, employees shall be evaluated at least once every two (2) years.
