Processing of Harassment Complaints. 15.3.4.1 Employees may process harassment complaints either through the Grievance Procedure (Article 5) or the appropriate College policy. However, when the Grievance Procedure is invoked, use of the College's Harassment Policy is precluded. 15.3.4.2 Nothing in this article shall preclude an employee from filing a harassment complaint under the Human Rights Act. 15.3.4.3 An employee who chooses to file a complaint in accordance with the College's Harassment Policy, and does not achieve a satisfactory resolution, may file a grievance and normal time limits shall be waived. The employee may commence the grievance at Step 2 in the Grievance Procedure if he/she wishes.
