Producer Insurance. Producer, at its cost and expense, shall maintain and keep in full force and effect, during the Term, the following insurance in such form and with such insurance companies as are acceptable to the Operator: (a) Worker's Compensation Insurance, including occupational illness or disease coverage, or other similar social insurance in accordance with the laws of the country, state, or territory exercising jurisdiction over the employee and Employer's Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence; (b) Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including Contractual Liability, and Broad Form Property Damage Liability coverage for damages to any property with a minimum combined single limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence. This policy shall be endorsed to name the Operator as “additional insured”; (c) Automotive Liability Insurance covering use of all owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles with a minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability. This policy shall be endorsed to name the Operator as “additional insured”; (d) Property Damage Insurance equal to the replacement value of any and all Producer Facilities and Operator Facilities. This policy shall be endorsed to name the Operator as “additional insured”; (e) Umbrella Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $5,000,000 in excess of the policies indicated in the above subsections. This policy shall be endorsed to name the Operator as “additional insured.”

  • Group Insurance All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive the same group insurance benefits as provided to other County employees in accordance with the County Benefit Program.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
