Occupational illness definition

Occupational illness means, under Part B of the Act, a covered beryllium illness, cancer sustained in the per- formance of duty as defined in§ 30.210(a), specified cancer, chronic sili- cosis, or an illness for which DOJ has awarded compensation under section 5 of RECA.
