Producer’s Right to Institute Technological Change. (a) The District Council agrees that the Producer has the unrestricted right to make technological changes and that this right shall not be subject to grievance or arbitration or any other proceeding; however, the Producer’s implementation of technological changes is subject to this Article 17.00.
