Scope and details of customized Professional Services not covered by such a standard description shall be documented in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (“Statement of Work” or “SOW”). When selling or providing any such offerings, Partner shall inform and require the End User to agree to the applicable Offering Specific Terms and Partner will provide written evidence of doing so upon receipt of request from Dell.
