Product and Service-Specific Terms. Scope and details of Product and Service-specific terms are specified in the applicable standard service description that is attached to or referred in a Schedule or Quote or is made available through the then-current Dell website for product or service specific terms, currently located at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (“Offering Specific Terms”). Such standard descriptions are from time to time referred to as “Service Description(s)” or “Service Briefs.” The version of the applicable document that is effective as of the date of the applicable Quote, shall be deemed incorporated into the Order. Scope and details of customized Professional Services not covered by such a standard description shall be documented in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (“Statement of Work” or “SOW”). When selling or providing any such offerings, Partner shall inform and require the End User to agree to the applicable Offering Specific Terms and Partner will provide written evidence of doing so upon receipt of request from Dell.

Product and Service-Specific Terms. Customer’s use of T-Mobile Products or Services is also governed by any applicable Product and Service specific terms accessible at the Rates and Conditions Website, including, but not limited to, the Additional Terms for Wireless Services.

Product and Service-Specific Terms. 1.1 GlobalSpec Ad Network and other CPM-Priced Banners This paragraph only applies to the Clients purchasing any cost per thousand impressions (“CPM” based advertising programs, such as banner ads and/or the GlobalSpec Ad Network. In the case of under-delivery by GlobalSpec of any CPM or impressions-based advertising (e.g., banner advertisements on XxxxxxXxxx.xxx or on the GlobalSpec Ad Network), GlobalSpec’s sole liability, shall be to provide addition Products or Services to compensate for missed impressions or days. Total banner campaign charges will be based on reporting provided to GlobalSpec from Google Ad Manager system on the number of impressions served (or such other similar reporting systems of or used by GlobalSpec in its discretion from time to time). The Client will supply GlobalSpec with creative materials at least two weeks prior to the campaign start date, as specified in the applicable Order, to facilitate a timely campaign launch. For purchasers of the GlobalSpec Ad Network bundle, GlobalSpec reserves the right to assign contracted impressions across the banner sizes in the bundle, as appropriate, and does not guarantee a uniform impression distribution across sizes.
