Common use of Product Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Product Evaluation. The Employer’s Product Improvement Committee will continue to review and evaluate medical devices that reduce or help prevent employee exposure to blood and/or body fluids. The Committee’s evaluation of products will include consideration of cost, applicability and effectiveness, with applicability and effectiveness being primary considerations.

Product Evaluation. The EmployerHospital’s Product Improvement Products Evaluation Committee will continue to review and evaluate medical devices that reduce or help prevent employee exposure to blood and/or body fluids. The Committee’s evaluation of products will include consideration of cost, applicability and effectiveness, with applicability and effectiveness being primary considerations. Committee membership shall include one (1) Union appointed staff nurse.
