Product Selection. 4.1 Except to the extent otherwise stated in the Agreement, the Seller is free to choose the specific consignment/batch of Products, and without specific regard to the place of origin, to be delivered to the Buyer in connection with its performance of the delivery obligations under the individual Agreement.
