Product Updates. Company shall have the right to make design modifications to Products from time to time and in its sole discretion, at any time prior to the execution of a Purchase Order for such Product. Following execution of a Purchase Order for a Product, Company shall not, without the prior written consent of Distributor, make design modifications to the Products set forth in such Purchase Order that represent a material change to such Products’ form, fit, or function.
