Production of Vouchers. 11.16 i. The Contractor shall, whenever required by the Engineer, produce or cause to be produced for examination by the Engineer, any quotation, invoice, cost or other account books, vouchers, receipts, letters, memoranda or any copy of or extract from any such documents and also furnish information and returns, as may be required, relating to the execution of this Contract or relevant for verifying or ascertaining the cost of execution of this Contract or ascertaining the Materials supplied by the Contractor are in accordance with the Specifications laid down in the Contract. The Engineer‟s decision on the question of relevancy of any documents, information or returns shall be final and binding on the parties.

Production of Vouchers. The contractor shall, when required by the Engineer produce all quotations, invoices, vouchers and accounts or receipts etc., to prove that the materials supplied by him are in conformity with the specifications laid down in the contract.

  • Initiation of TIPS Sales When a public entity initiates a purchase with Vendor, if the Member inquires verbally or in writing whether Vendor holds a TIPS Contract, it is the duty of the Vendor to verify whether the Member is seeking a TIPS purchase.
