Common use of Production Readiness Clause in Contracts

Production Readiness. Subject to the circumstances described in Section 2(b) of this Agreement or the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, the Orbital ATK Group shall maintain production readiness and the capacity necessary to fulfill any Order accepted by LLC pursuant to paragraph (b) above.
